Look Up

I'm so excited for the new Pixar movie that's coming out this summer! Titled "Up", it's about an old fogey named Carl Fredrickson and a boy scout named Russel who travel to the jungles of South America by tying tons of balloons to Carl's house and flying across the world. There they meet a dog who can talk with the help of a special collar, and a giant rare bird who likes chocolate.

I mean seriously, how many other movies do you know have that premise? This is why I love Pixar.

So I wanted to do a lil' quick fanart of two of the characters: Dug the talking dog, and Kevin the giant chocolate-loving bird.

Drawn straight into Sketchbook Pro and then colored in Photoshop. All those colors on Kevin were so much fun to paint. *_*
